At The BodyFirm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Ensure the products are securely packed in their original secondary packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
